Using the basic version of the website does not require providing personal data. However, using the Registration Form and the Administrator’s services does.

The Administrator ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of personal data, including those provided by website users. These measures prevent unauthorized access to the data by third parties or their processing in violation of regulations, as well as prevent data loss, damage, or destruction.

Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator to provide service-related services, particularly for executing service contracts, receiving orders, contacting you, and returning equipment. The Administrator processes your personal data based on Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 94/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”), i.e., processing personal data is necessary to enter into and execute a contract to which you are a party.

The Administrator may collect the following personal data: data provided in the Registration Form, identification data (name, surname, company name), address data, contact data (email, phone), and data necessary to provide service in a specific matter.

The processing and storage time of your data is limited to the period of limitation of claims arising from the basis of processing, after which they will be anonymized or deleted.

Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to enter into and execute a contract with the Administrator.

The Administrator will only transfer your personal data to its suppliers, whom it has commissioned with services related to personal data processing, e.g., IT service providers, accounting services, legal services. All entities to which your personal data will be transferred will process them based on an agreement with the Administrator and only according to its instructions.

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

– The right to obtain from the Administrator confirmation whether your personal data is being processed and access to it, along with the following information: a) purposes of processing; b) categories of personal data concerned; c) information on recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed, especially recipients in third countries or international organizations; d) the planned period of storage of personal data, or if not possible, criteria for determining that period; e) the right to request rectification, deletion, or restriction of personal data processing and to object to such processing; f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; g) if personal data is not collected from the data subject, any available information about their source; h) information about automated decision-making, including profiling, and significant information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and anticipated consequences of such processing for the data subject.

– The right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases provided for by law.

– The right to request the restriction of your personal data processing in cases provided for by law.

– The right to object to the processing of your personal data due to your particular situation – in cases where the Administrator processes personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

– The right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You may transmit this data to another data controller or request that the Administrator transmit the data to another data controller if technically feasible. The right to data portability applies only to personal data processed in relation to a contract with you or based on your consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the supervisory authority under the GDPR) regarding the processing of your personal data by the Administrator in the manner and mode specified in the GDPR and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) nor processed in an automated manner (including profiling).
